These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user (hereinafter "User", "you" or "your"), and totosakti (hereinafter "totosakti", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the online platform accessible at https://totosakti.cam (hereinafter the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, depositing funds, claiming any promotion or otherwise using any service offered through totosakti, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and, if applicable, request closure of your account.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following expressions carry the meanings set out below unless context clearly requires otherwise.

To create and maintain an account with totosakti, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. totosakti strictly prohibits access by minors.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee or nominee for any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from totosakti or had an account permanently closed for cause.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor or close associate of totosakti or any of its affiliated entities.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
• All information provided during registration and at any subsequent verification stage is accurate, current and complete.

Each User may register and maintain a maximum of one (1) account on the Platform. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities or through related devices and IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you will be required to provide, at minimum:

• Full legal name as it appears on your Malaysian identity document (MyKad, driving licence or passport).
• A valid email address that you own and monitor regularly.
• Date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• A secure password of sufficient complexity; totosakti recommends a minimum of 12 characters combining uppercase, lowercase, numeric and special characters.
• Your preferred currency, which for Malaysian users will typically be Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

totosakti may, at any time and without prior notice, request additional documentation for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a clear copy of your MyKad or passport, proof of residential address issued within the past three months, and evidence of the payment method used. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable period may result in account restriction or closure.

Users agree to access and use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to law enforcement:

• Fraud and misrepresentation — including providing false identity information, using stolen payment instruments or impersonating another person.
• Collusion — coordinating with other Users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any betting market or casino game.
• Bonus abuse — creating duplicate accounts, using automated tools or otherwise exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
• Arbitrage betting — placing bets solely to exploit platform promotions without genuine wagering intent, including matched betting strategies directed at clearing bonus funds.
• Money laundering — using the Platform to process, conceal or transfer funds derived from illegal activity. totosakti complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Automated access — using bots, scrapers, scripts or other automated tools to interact with the Platform without prior written consent from totosakti.
• Reverse engineering — attempting to decompile, disassemble or otherwise extract proprietary source code or algorithmic logic from any part of the Platform.

totosakti reserves the sole right to determine whether a particular activity constitutes a breach of these Terms, and its decision on such matters shall be final subject to any applicable dispute resolution procedure.

All account transactions on the totosakti Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless an alternative currency is explicitly offered and selected by the User. Supported deposit and withdrawal channels may include, subject to availability and maintenance schedules, the following:

• DuitNow instant transfer and DuitNow QR
• FPX (Financial Process Exchange) online banking, including Maybank2U, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online and Hong Leong Connect
• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost and GrabPay
• Selected cryptocurrency networks, including BTC, ETH, USDT and LTC

totosakti does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment channel at any given time. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply to each channel and may be revised without prior notice. Users should confirm current limits within the cashier section before initiating a transaction.

All withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. totosakti will process verified withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe; however, actual crediting may depend on the processing times of the receiving financial institution or payment network. totosakti accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party processors or banking systems.

totosakti may, at its sole discretion, offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback awards, reload bonuses and other incentives to eligible Users. All such offers are subject to the specific promotional terms attached to each campaign, which shall be read in conjunction with these Terms. Where a conflict exists between specific promotional terms and these Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail for that offer only.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotional terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonus offers:

• Wagering requirement: Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotional terms before a withdrawal may be requested.
• Maximum bet cap: While Bonus Funds are active in your account, individual bet stakes may not exceed the cap stated in the promotional terms. A commonly applied ceiling is MYR 250 to MYR 500 per bet.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying a wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games and live dealer games commonly contribute 10% to 20%. Specific contribution rates will be set out in the applicable offer's terms.
• Bonus expiry: Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the expiry window stated in the promotional terms, typically 7, 14 or 30 days from crediting. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited without compensation.
• Maximum cash-out: Withdrawals derived from Bonus Funds may be capped at the amount stated in the promotional terms. Winnings in excess of the stated cap may be removed from your Balance without notice.

totosakti reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are not guaranteed; they are discretionary acts of goodwill that create no contractual obligation beyond the terms of the specific offer.

totosakti is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and to providing tools that help Users maintain control of their activity. Gambling is intended as a form of adult entertainment and should never be viewed as a source of income or a method of resolving financial difficulties.

The following tools and policies are maintained by totosakti in support of responsible gambling:

• Deposit limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps through their account settings. Requests to reduce a limit take effect immediately; requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Users may restrict the maximum net loss permissible within a given period.
• Session time reminders: Configurable alerts can notify Users when a defined session length has been reached.
• Self-exclusion: Users who wish to take a break may request a temporary exclusion period or a permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the User's account will be restricted and no promotional materials will be sent.

Users who believe they or someone they know may have a gambling problem are encouraged to seek assistance from qualified support services. totosakti may, at its discretion, refer Users to or provide information about relevant support organisations.

All content on the totosakti Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, data compilations, page layouts, software and the overall design and "look and feel" of the Platform (collectively, the "Content"), is the exclusive intellectual property of totosakti or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.

No Content may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, adapted, publicly displayed or otherwise exploited for any commercial or non-personal purpose without the prior written consent of totosakti. Any unauthorised use of the Content may constitute an infringement of totosakti's intellectual property rights and may give rise to legal liability.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and view the Platform solely for their personal, non-commercial use. This licence does not include the right to download, cache, copy, modify or create derivative works from any Content except as expressly authorised in writing by totosakti.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, totosakti and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by technical maintenance, force majeure events, internet service disruptions or third-party system failures beyond totosakti's reasonable control.
• Errors, omissions or delays in information published on the Platform, including but not limited to odds, scores and statistics.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any content, information or advice published on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Malaysian consumer protection legislation or other applicable mandatory law.

totosakti reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any User account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any incorporated policy.
• Submission of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Engagement in Prohibited Activity as defined under Clause 5.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the period notified by totosakti.
• A requirement to do so under applicable law, court order or regulatory directive.

Users who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting totosakti customer support. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of account closure will be returned to the User via the original payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Bonus Funds that have not met their applicable wagering requirements at the time of account closure or suspension will be forfeited.

These Terms shall be construed in accordance with and governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through totosakti's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts or tribunal as determined by the applicable legal framework governing the operation of the Platform.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent totosakti from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court of appropriate jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to protect totosakti's legitimate interests pending the resolution of a formal dispute.

totosakti reserves the right to modify, supplement or replace these Terms at any time. When a material change is made, totosakti will update the "Last updated" date visible at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, provide notice to registered Users via the email address on file or through a prominent notification on the Platform.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any modification has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any modification, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure.
